What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, establishment name, email address, mailing address, phone number, fax number and/or your provider information .
What do we use your information for?

If, at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future newsletters or emails on upcoming events, we include unsubscribe links at the bottom of each email. When using the unsubscribe link, your email address will be immediately removed from our emails notifying you of upcoming events. You will however, continue to receive important emails relating to the event you have ordered (example, pre-test and technical assistance information, invoices, notices regarding outstanding payment, etc).
Do we share your information?
We will never sell , rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. Order forms containing your provider information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and the information is then stored in our database to process your current and future orders. This information is accessible only to authorized personnel of Canadastar Boxing Inc. and its distributors (where appropriate) who are trained to respect and protect your privacy.
Cookies are used in our members area to recognize you when you visit the area and to provide you with relevant information specific to your member's account.
Do we use web beacons?
When we send newsletters to people who have subscribed to our newsletters, we will sometimes track through the use of our Email Marketing Provider, who opened the emails and who clicked the links. We do that to measure and improve upon, as required, our Email Campaigns’ performance. To do this, MailChimp, who is our Email Marketing Service Provider, will include single pixel gifs, also called web beacons, in emails we send. Web beacons allow us to collect information about when you open the email, your IP address, your browser or email client type, and other similar details.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include links to third parties on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. Visitors to these third party sites should review their privacy policies as we have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
