Canadastar Boxing Inc. respects your privacy . This Privacy Policy has been developed to communicate to you our commitment to protecting your privacy and explains our privacy protection practices when you visit our website.

  • To provide you with artwork and other promotional materials for your venue for the pay-per-view event ordered.

The email address, company name, and contact information you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, invoices, payment receipts or acknowledgement, and notices of delinquency, in addition to receiving occasional company news on upcoming pay-per-view events available for your venue.

If, at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future newsletters or emails on upcoming events, we include unsubscribe links at the bottom of each email. When using the unsubscribe link, your email address will be immediately removed from our emails notifying you of upcoming events. You will however, continue to receive important emails relating to the event you have ordered (example, pre-test and technical assistance information, invoices, notices regarding outstanding payment, etc).

Do we share your information?

We will never sell , rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

  • We may share your contact and other pertinent information internally with our employees whose duties require them to need to know this information.
  • We may share your contact and other pertinent information with our distributor who is acting on Canadastar's behalf for the region where you reside or where your venue is located.
  • We may share your venue information including address, contact name, telephone number and provider information with your service provider(s) when you order a pay-per-view event for your venue.
  • We may release the information you provided when we believe the release is required to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our rights, the rights of others, property , or safety.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. Order forms containing your provider information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and the information is then stored in our database to process your current and future orders. This information is accessible only to authorized personnel of Canadastar Boxing Inc. and its distributors (where appropriate) who are trained to respect and protect your privacy.

Yes, we may use cookies. Do we use web beacons?

When we send newsletters to people who have subscribed to our newsletters, we will sometimes track through the use of our Email Marketing Provider, who opened the emails and who clicked the links. We do that to measure and improve upon, as required, our Email Campaigns’ performance. To do this, MailChimp, who is our Email Marketing Service Provider, will include single pixel gifs, also called web beacons, in emails we send. Web beacons allow us to collect information about when you open the email, your IP address, your browser or email client type, and other similar details.
